Allie McLaughlin ran away with the F30-39 title at Broken Arrow's 23K, covering the high-altitude course between 6,228 and 8,894 feet in 2:14:53 — a pace of 9:26 per mile that held up from start to finish. She sat 3rd among women through the first checkpoints, briefly dipped to 4th, then re-established herself at 4th overall among women by the line. Within the 30-39 age group, she was never threatened.

Daniella Moreno of Mammoth Lakes — who trains at altitude and showed it — ran a composed 2:17:04, holding 5th among women at every checkpoint without wavering. Her strongest card came late: the 2nd-fastest women's split on the High Camp→Finish stretch confirmed she had plenty left in the tank. Rachel Tomajczyk rounded out the podium in 2:21:11, also consistent from gun to tape, posting the 6th-fastest women's split on Snow King→Siberia along the way.

The story beyond the podium belonged to Dayna Stimson. Starting 19th among women, she picked off competitors one by one — 15th by mid-race, 12th, and finally 11th at the line — aided by the 9th-fastest women's split on the second half of the course. Karley Rempel ran a similar arc, moving from 13th among women to 10th with a strong Snow King→Siberia segment. Behind them, the gap between 6th (Danielle Marquette, 2:31:53) and 8th (Megan Lacy, 2:33:24) was just 90 seconds across three finishers — a tight cluster that made the middle of the age group genuinely competitive.
