He held the lead at every single checkpoint across the entire 26.2-mile course, never once relinquishing the top spot on his way to a commanding 1:31:38 at 3:30/mi — a margin of nearly three minutes over the field. His fastest men's split from 21K–25K underscored that he wasn't just managing a lead; he was building one. Behind Robinson, Andrew Hairston from St. Thomas was the 15K–21K specialist, posting the fastest men's split on that stretch and locking in 2nd place from 10K onward to finish in 1:34:13 (3:36/mi). Omar Duran of Clearwater had the fastest men's split from 5K–10K and ran as high as 2nd at one point, but Hairston's mid-race surge proved decisive.
