Kristina Shideler of Santa Rosa crossed in 18:36 at a 5:59/mi clip to claim the women's title on a cool, damp San Francisco morning — 55°F with light rain and a 14 mph wind off the Bay. Her margin over 2nd-place Allison Lynch of Boulder was a decisive 33 seconds; Lynch ran 19:09 at 6:10/mi, a solid effort that nonetheless never quite threatened Shideler's lead. Notably, the 2022 women's winner Kristina Rivera had set the bar at 20:08 that year — Shideler's 18:36 clears that benchmark by more than a minute and a half.

Third place went to 16-year-old Sidney Logsdon of Turlock, CA, who ran 20:27 (6:35/mi) to edge out San Francisco local Jessica Porter (21:01, 6:46/mi) for the final podium spot. That 34-second gap between 3rd and 4th hints at a real race within the race. Areli Martinez Acosta of Ciudad de México rounded out the top five in 21:27, while 14-year-old Annabel Chung of San Francisco came in 6th at 21:55 — a remarkable result for a teenager in a field of more than a thousand women.

Hailey Ramirez, just 12, finished 7th in 22:16, and 10-year-old Olivia Tang of San Francisco posted a 22:34 for 9th place — running 7:16/mi on a wet, windy course that tested runners of any age. Bridget Logsdon, 14 and Sidney's younger sister, added a 13th-place finish in 23:10, giving Turlock, CA a pair of results to celebrate. The top 20 women spanned ages 10 through 48, a testament to the breadth of a race that drew over a thousand women to the streets of San Francisco.
