Tiffany Cizmas, 41, of Duluth held second place in 1:04:45 but faded slightly in the back half, sliding from 22nd to 28th among women on the 5M→Finish with the 33rd-fastest women's split on that segment. Kara Parker, 53, from Saint Paul held firm to claim third in 1:05:47 — the age story of the podium. Laura Galligan, 40, was the counter-narrative: she ran the second half stronger than the first, moving up nine spots among women to finish fourth in 1:05:57, just ten seconds behind Parker, with the 28th-fastest women's closing split.

Melissa Gacek (5th, 1:06:41) and Andrea Olson (6th, 1:06:56) rounded out a tight top six separated by just over a minute from second through sixth. Joy Keller (7th, 1:07:52), Laura Blomberg (8th, 1:08:31), and then the three-way cluster of Ormsby, Bredeson, and Rapallini — 9th through 11th in a four-second window — made for one of the sharpest finishes of the morning. Darla O'Connor, 55, rounded out the listed field in 20th at 1:12:31, proving the masters women's race had firepower and depth all the way down.
