Mo Bartley and Dee Lloyd, both 70 and both local to the Auburn area, ran the race of the morning in the F70-99 group. Through the middle segment — Rattlesnake Bar to Last Gasp — Lloyd held a fractional edge, posting the 13th-fastest women's split on that stretch to Bartley's 14th. But Bartley had moved through the women's field more aggressively early on, going from 4th among women to 18th by the finish, while Lloyd tracked from 10th to 19th. When the clock stopped, Bartley had it: 2:14:45.63 to Lloyd's 2:14:45.79 — a margin of 0.16 seconds across ten miles.

June Montuori, 71, of Auburn was a comfortable third in 2:26:35, running a 14:40/mi pace and posting the 19th-fastest women's split on the Last Gasp→Finish segment to hold her position into the tape. Behind her, Candace Furlong, 75, put together the group's most eye-catching finish — she was ranked 62nd among women at the first checkpoint, surged to 39th by Last Gasp, and kept pushing to close 33rd among women at the line, good for 4th in 2:31:01.

Jan Jones, 70, rounded out the top five in 2:46:03, holding a steady 16:36/mi pace through the warm morning. Kai Parks (75, 3:09:00), Janet Pucci (77, 3:12:33), Kathleen Marria (72, 3:13:19), and Dilyn Radakovitz (79, 3:18:01) kept the group tight through the middle of the field, separated by just nine minutes across four finishers. Susan Redford, 74, came in 10th in 3:28:46, and Mary Simpson, 71, closed out the F70-99 field in 4:03:55 — every one of them covering ten miles on a warm April morning in Auburn.
