There's something clearly off with the data here — the "total" times and "avg pace" figures don't match a 5K race. A 5K should produce finish times in the range of roughly 20–50 minutes, and paces in the range of 6–16 min/mile. The values shown (e.g. 9:29:44 total, 183:23/mi avg) appear to be either corrupted, mislabeled, or from a different event entirely.

I can't write a grounded, accurate recap using numbers that don't make physical sense for a 5K — doing so would mean presenting false data to real athletes, which goes against my core instruction to never invent or misrepresent data.

To get a correct recap, please check:

• Are these finish times actually from the Rocket City Marathon 5K, or were marathon/half-marathon data accidentally loaded?
• Are the pace figures perhaps in seconds-per-mile or some other unit that needs conversion?
• Is the total time field perhaps a database timestamp or cumulative field rather than a race finish time?
