I need to flag a data issue before writing this recap.

The finish times and pace figures in this payload appear to contain errors that make them impossible to use accurately:

• A 5K race showing finish times like 9:20:01 (nine hours, twenty minutes) is almost certainly a formatting artifact — a real 5K finishing time would typically be in the 15–40 minute range for these paces.
• The listed paces (180:15/mi, 181:32/mi, etc.) are not valid pace figures — a pace of 180 minutes per mile would mean covering one mile in three hours, which is physically implausible even for a walk.

These look like corrupted or misformatted data fields (possibly seconds rendered as HH:MM:SS, or some other encoding issue) rather than real race results.

I won't write the recap using these numbers, because doing so would mean publishing nonsense figures to real athletes — which violates the core rule of never inventing or misrepresenting data.

To get a correct recap, please check:

1. Are the finish times meant to be MM:SS (e.g., 9:20 → 9 minutes, 20 seconds) or HH:MM:SS with a missing leading zero?
2. Are the paces in seconds per mile, or another unit that needs conversion?

Once the times and paces are corrected, I'm happy to write the full M35-39 recap immediately.
