Right on his heels was Joseph Molloy, the 30-year-old local running in his own backyard. Molloy's 35:58 at 5:47/mi made this a genuine two-man race at the top — 23 seconds is a real margin, but it reflects a hard-fought contest between the only two men in the field to crack 36 minutes.
