With just two women lining up in the 25–29 age group on a humid, breezy Cleveland morning — 67°F, 83% humidity, and a 15 mph wind making every mile feel a little heavier — Amanda Hinton got to work and didn't look back. Her 36:28 finish at an 11:44/mi pace was enough to claim the age-group win outright.

Elena Nail, the 29-year-old rounding out the W25–29 field, crossed in 1:08:24 at a 22:01/mi pace — nearly 32 minutes behind Hinton. The gap between them was wide, but Nail pushed through the same challenging conditions to reach the finish line.
