Darcy Billinkoff of Delta, BC, was in command from the start and never relinquished it. Running a steady 9:26/mi along the Silverado Trail point-to-point course, she crossed in 4:07:10 — a margin of more than an hour and fourteen minutes over the rest of the F70-74 field. She also moved steadily through the broader women's field over the final miles, climbing from 269th among women at the 13.1M mark to 232nd by the finish, a sign that her second half was stronger than many runners around her.

Janet Cain, the 73-year-old from nearby Sonoma, claimed second in 5:21:58 at a 12:17/mi average. Her best relative effort came in the middle of the race — her 13.1M→20M split ranked 474th among all women, her strongest comparative showing of the day. She also tracked down positions in the broader women's field throughout, moving from 588th at the early checkpoint to 528th at the finish.

Kathleen Hart of Idaho Falls finished third in 5:48:13 (13:17/mi).
