• Cristina Garvin, 2:23:54 (7:12/mi) — won the F35-39 group and held a top-4 women's position throughout, posting the fastest women's split from Mile 4 to Mile 10.
• Danielle Keller, 2:27:41 (7:23/mi) — runner-up by 3:47, with the 4th-fastest women's split over that same stretch, running the middle miles hard but never quite closing the gap.
• Halina Hrytskevich, 2:34:49 (7:44/mi) — rounded out the podium, finishing 3rd with the 10th-fastest women's split on the final push from Mile 16 to the finish.
• Natalie Ashby and Annie Trent crossed in 7th (2:45:57, 8:18/mi) and 8th (2:46:04, 8:18/mi) — separated by just seven seconds despite identical per-mile averages.

Cristina Garvin, 37, from Fresno, made her move early and made it stick. Sitting 4th among women at Mile 4, she surged through the middle stretch with the fastest women's split between Mile 4 and Mile 10 — a decisive burst that lifted her to 3rd in the women's field by Mile 10 and ultimately carried her to the F35-39 title in 2:23:54. She faded one spot in the women's standings late, but the damage to the field was already done.

Danielle Keller, also 37, gave chase from Auburn and ran an honest race — 4th-fastest among women over that same Mile 4–10 corridor at 7:23/mi average — but the 3:47 gap to Garvin at the line tells the story of a lead that was built and never surrendered. Halina Hrytskevich, 38, from Sacramento, was steady all day, climbing from 12th among women at the early checkpoint to 11th by Mile 10 and holding there, then posting the 10th-fastest women's closing split from Mile 16 to the finish to secure 3rd in 2:34:49.

Further back, the race delivered a tight mid-pack battle. Liz Liles-Brown (5th, 2:43:05) was the most active mover in the group, working her way from 19th among women at Mile 4 all the way to 15th by Mile 15.6 — the 14th-fastest women's split on that segment — before settling 17th among women at the line. Tina Bardosh (6th, 2:45:19) and Natalie Ashby (7th, 2:45:57) kept the pressure on, with Ashby and Annie Trent (8th, 2:46:04) finishing just seven seconds apart in a 57-woman F35-39 field that made Folsom work for every place.
