With 74°F temperatures and enough humidity to make every mile feel longer, Jennifer Berlier ran the most controlled race in the F45-49 field. She held 16th among women from the opening miles, dipped briefly to 17th mid-race, and clawed back to 16th by the finish — a picture of steady execution at 8:06/mi for 20 miles. Her 16th-fastest women's split on the Mile 16→Finish segment shows she still had legs when it mattered most.

Joy Toyias ran right with the lead pack early, sitting 15th among women through the middle stretch before fading slightly to 18th by the finish. Her 18th-fastest women's split on the Mile 4→Mile 10 segment tells the story: she was moving well in the middle miles, but Berlier's consistency proved the difference. The 2:52 gap between them is real but respectable — Toyias earned a clear runner-up finish in 2:44:44. Vanessa Pellon, meanwhile, ran the most dramatic race of the podium, climbing from 46th among women at Mile 4 all the way to 32nd by the finish. Her 27th-fastest women's closing split is the best late-race surge of the top three — she simply ran out of course before she could reel in Toyias.

Julia Madsen and Syreeta Rampollo rounded out the top five in 3:02:22 and 3:04:09 respectively, with Madsen fading from 23rd among women to 48th across the race — a tough day that speaks to how unforgiving 74°F over 20 miles can be. Charsey Porse (6th, 3:05:54), Nicole Gissell (7th, 3:11:38), and Blia Vang (8th, 3:15:00) kept the middle of the F45-49 field competitive, with 35 women finishing the age group in total.
